Welcome to today’s one minute motivator. You’ve heard it said that the best way to be loved is to love? Well today we’re going to apply this principle to kindness. If the best way to experience kindness is to be kind, that’s exactly what you’re going to do today.
Be on the lookout today for someone you can be kind to. It might be something as simple as holding the door open for a stranger coming through behind you. What if you pass an older neighbour struggling to get shopping into their car? Offer to lend a hand. When you go and get yourself a refreshment in work, ask your colleague if they’re thirsty too.
There are so many different ways you can be kind to another person today so use your imagination and remember to come back and tell us what you did.
Over to you. What kindness did you show to someone else today?
Please add a comment and retweet.
It’s just another one of the ways you can Give A Brick and then tell your friends

Ah you can’t beat random acts of kindness. They make you feel good and more importantly they make the world a better place.
Can you imagine Eleanor if every person in the world did a random act of kindness today? How awesome would that be?

That would be very awesome Ben. It’s what Give A Brick is really about, loving people just because you can.
