Usually on a Friday I post interviews with one of Give A Brick’s friends. This might be someone who’s given money but other times it’s people who have given of their love and their time. This week’s friend has done all three. He’s given bricks (more than once), he’s written for the site and he’s always being kind and shouting about us (especially when talk turns to tinsel
)
However, in a break with tradition, this week’s interview hasn’t been done yet. I sent questions to Sire a long, long, long, long, long time ago (before I went to France) and never asked him for the answers. Instead then, I’m going to pop a couple of links up to some of my favourite posts on Sire’s blog, paste the questions below, and hope he comes and answers some when he has time.
Sire has a wicked sense of humour so some of my most favourite posts over at his place are the funny ones. There’s the story about the lone ranger and Tonto which is worthy of a chuckle but it’s not all about giggles (well, not intentionally anyway) because Sire also does informative stuff. Take his latest offering, Reviewing My Likes As An Advertiser. I registered with My Likes a month or so ago but had done nothing with it until I read Sire’s post. Having learned more about it I can see that it has the potential to be another little income stream for Give A Brick.
So, to the questions … Sire, feel free to answer as many or as few as you’d like and after you’ve read them, scroll down because I’ve used your Friday Friend slot as an excuse to show that video again. I still need your help with that one everyone. We need lots of pictures and poems so start thinking now.
But first, questions:
What’s your name and where do you come from? (Tell us about you!)
Why GAB? (What made you get involved?)
Personal dreams/ambitions?
If you could be granted any one wish right now, what would it be?
Who would be your ideal dinner guest?
What would be on the menu?
One thing that might surprise people about you?
Anything I’ve missed that you’d like people to know?
Quick fire round:
Tea or coffee?
Favourite colour?
Favourite season?
Chocolate, cake or ice-cream
Favourite holiday destination?
Favourite musician/artist?
Favourite breakfast?
And as promised, here’s the video again (but please remember to add your answers in the comments Sire

Damn if I didn’t forget all about those questions Eleanor. My apologies, it’s just that I have been rather busy of late, but that’s still no excuse to ignore a pretty lady.
My name is Peter Pelliccia and I was born and bread in Australia although my parents are Italian, so you see I have the best of both worlds.
Originally I got involved in blogging because I heard it would make Google happy and that it would lift The Elusive Pot Of Gold‘s PR. That was my first site which I designed from scratch from the ground up. You will have to excuse the amateurish look of it and keep in mind I’m a lover not a web designer. Once I started blogging I soon fell in love with it and that site as since been pretty well ignored. I will have to do something about that
Ah, dreams, well if we forgo all the thousand that are of a sexual nature I’ve always wanted to go to Italy and own a Ferrari. I reckon I’ll make it to Italy but as far as Ferraris go I’ll have to be happy with my models.
I would wish that my father could leave the past in the past because I reckon he would be much better for it.
Man, I would love to have Elvis Presley over for dinner, but seeing as that ain’t gonna happen I reckon I’ll settle for Lisa Marie. I can just see it now, I would cook up some pasta with meat balls using my own sauce and serving my home made wine. I reckon that would loosen her tonsils enough to get her talking about her dad.
I reckon most people wouldn’t believe that I am a pretty shy type of guy and don’t really talk all that much unless I’m around people I know and am comfortable with.
There’s not much that I think would interest people. I’m a family man that would never cheat on his wife. Heck I’ve never even cheated on a girlfriend. I really have only one regret in life and that was when I had a one night stand. She deserved so much more than that. My only excuse is that I was young and stupid.
Tea or coffee?: Tea is always a first preference though I don’t mind a nice cappuccino
Favourite colour?/: Red
Favourite season?: Summer…..women always wear less in summer
Chocolate, cake or ice-cream: Ice-cream
Favourite holiday destination?: Hawaii
Favourite musician/artist?: Elvis
Favourite breakfast?: Bacon and eggs
Well, I hope that made up for the tardiness.
To all you guys who read this, please donate a brick to a good cause, it’s so easy to do and you can go to sleep knowing that it is really appreciated and that it will be going to a good cause. You may also want to promote the heck out of this post and tell all you friends to donate and do the same.

Hey Sire
Please don’t apologise, completely my fault. Had I been more organised I’d have emailed you earlier in the week. I got to 11.30pm last night and realised I had nothing lined up. With the magic of time difference, I was hoping you’d be up and about before most of our friends and you didn’t let me down
Thanks for doing the interview. I love that every time I read one, I find out something new about my friends. When it’s time for round two we must really do it via Skype. It’ll be a blast
Thanks for the plug too. Very kind
