Lots of what we do is about more than just cash. We are about empowering people to give in whatever way they can. This part of the site explores the many and varied ways you can get involved from helping us with our wish list, writing about us, asking your friends to get involved or even saving up all you teeny tiny 5, 2 and 1 pence pieces.

But unless a building firm very kindly offers to build our projects for us at their cost (it hasn’t happened yet but I’m not ruling it out!) we do need your money. I personally do a little happy dance every time someone Gives A Brick (later this year, I’ll be releasing a fitness video called ‘Happy Dance Your Way To Health’ ) so whatever you can give, please know that it will be well used and celebrated.
