Hiya ![]()
I’m sitting at my PC and looking at the rain and I can’t help but wonder whether the Tuesday feeling might be worse than Monday. What do you think?
Maybe it’s because I work from home (read: spend the day at home running around after and cleaning up the mess made by children) but I don’t really mind Monday. It comes after a nice weekend of not getting up too early (hopefully!) and yet holds the promise of a whole week of new stuff.
By Tuesday, that anticipation has already worn off and yet it is still AGES until Friday

I can see what you are saying. Sunday nights are really lovely, where you get your last little bit of the weekend before it’s over, then when you have to get up Monday it is a nightmare, but you kind of get on with it. By the time Monday is over you feel like you have used all your energy up getting through Monday and you feel like you’ve done a week already, and then you have Tuesday!! So perhaps Tuesday is the new Monday!!!

This will sound controversial (is that how it is spelt?!) but I actually quite like Mondays! Nah – only kidding! My favourite day is probably Friday, at least until Saturday and Sunday anyway!
My favourite days are when hubby is off work, regardless of where in the week that is.
